Description of 18W 4 Pins 2G11 LED Tube Light  PL lighting 535mm:

1. It is with 96pcs super bright 0.2w 2835 smd, and the lumen of each smd is 26-28lm, which guaranteed a lumen over 1800lm for finished product.

2. Both clear lens and milky lends are available; the clear lens are with relatively higher light output, but will be little glare, not not suitable for reading room, class room, etc; the milky lens are with relatively lower light output, but the light are very soft, and make the eyes very comfortable.

3. We have two drivers for selection; we are mainly using isolated driver, but also used non-isolated driver if the customer requested, since the cost will be different.

4. With 1.5mm aluminum PCB, and thick aluminum heat sinks, the heating from LED can be conducted very quick, which guaranteed a low lumen decay and long life.

5. This 2G11 LED light are not compatible to electronic ballast; if you are using the electronic ballast in old fixtures, you need to remove the electronic ballast, and connected them to 220V source directly; if it is inductive ballast, you can replace directly.

Quality Control:

Materials checking, including smd, pcb, driver, lens, socket, aluminum body, etc, and selected the qualified for using;

High voltage testing. We will do high voltage testing on every light, to make sure that all tubes in customer’s hand are safe product.

Aging, we are not only doing simple aging, we are aging all tube under different voltage(from 85v to 265v), and also switch on and off testing, the aging time reach real 12 hours.

Efficiency testing. Before we started mass production, we will make some samples to test the efficiency first, only when the samples are qualified, then we started mass production.
