Features of this 90watts led street lamps:

1. The mounting angle can be adjusted 90degree,it is suitable for vertical lighting poles, and also can be used for horizontal lighting poles, you can adjust the mounting angle yourself;

2. It consists of 3 saperate modulars, the power of each led modular is 30watts, with 30pcs high power high lumen high cri 1w led;

3. Using BridgeLux 45MIL led chip; BridgeLux 45MIL led chip is one of high end led chip, the chip lumen can reach 150-170lm per watts, we use this model to reach high light output; BridgeLux also has 40mil, 33mil, 27mil and other models, the performance is different, and also the cost is different;

4. High quality aluminum lamp body, with very excellent heating dissipation; the heating on led can be conducted very quickly and fully, the led will be working in low temperature, so the lumen decay will be very low;

5. We have two different versions for selection, one is 110lm/w, and the other is 130lm/w, all with BridgeLux 45MIL chip, but different standard.

Quality Control:

100% of these 90watts led street lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and will also test its temperature after 24 hour's working;

After we finished aging, our QC will test each lamp carefully again, they will check that if any of led has been damaged during the aging, also test the total power of each item.

We will make sure that 100% of them will be in perfect condition while in customer's hand.
